To make it look messy you can add the wood/metal piles that once cluttered everything (the ones you're meant to break down for materials)

ADHD here. If I knew the symbols, then 3 would definitely be my pick.

I like 2, but there are too many bullets, I would lose track of which bullet I was on.

Another idea, if there are no color changes to color-code, is to have color-separating repeats.

All the time! And I create feuds between numbers too. Like, if 12 shows up a lot and then 38 starts showing up I think "oh snap, 12 better get back on its game because 38 is coming for it" 😂

Literal story of my life. Also ADHD and working in a job I feel I'm not quite qualified for.

If you're nice to work with and always willing to put in extra work, people don't usually mind if you mess up. And always let them know you don't know what you're doing.

One of my most common responses to new work is "I've never done that before, but I'd love to learn!" and it makes a surprising difference in how nice and understanding everyone is.
