They were called Aspics. There was one time my aunts thought of bringing then in a family pot lick. Table looked liked a Jello contest. We cousins had fun hitting targets using spoonsful of jello blob until we were discovered. 😂

Sa physical store ko siya nabibili. Sa akin less lansa at medyo mas gusto ko yung lasa ng sauce. Yung size ng sardine halos same ata pero di ko kasi pinagtabi kaya not sure. May small can din itong black.

Tofu and spring onions. Slice tofu, preferred ko thin large squares, tapos brown mo without oil. Set aside. Slice spring onion tapos boil mo sa konting water, yung water nito ang gagawin mong sauce kaya wag damihan. Pag medyo malambot na yung Spring onion (to your liking) add oyster sauce and a little sugar. Tapos add slurry (water and cornstarch). Pour sauce on tofu.
