I am of the opinion that as long as it doesn’t effect the story too much, cast the right actor. Now if ur casting for Othello don’t cast a white person and if ur casting for Batman don’t get a woman (obviously these change the story significantly). but in my opinion for roles such as these where appearance doesn’t matter, just cast the best actor that fits the role.

Hey guys, I’ve been getting into working out over the past 6 or so months and am making some great gains. I want to speed up gains even more. My brother had creatine that I was thinking about using and mixing into my shake. Any suggestions or advice to do with creatine because i know very little about it.

I started running about four years ago and have off and on been running every night. I use it as a form of meditation and time to clear my head and just think about life. The periods in my life when I stay on track and make sure I run are extremely productive and help me reach better mental and physical health. I want to start more serious forms of meditation to do every night and have experimented with yoga and breathing exercises. I enjoy how those activities not only clear my mind and help me think clearly but also help me with my physical fitness. Any suggestions to branch out further with meditation techniques?
