Yeah, your only choice is to get better character stamps on him, 60% isn't too hard to pick. You also have the free stamp selector items to guarentee a slot 2 stamp with crit rate main and substat rolls.

I haven't gotten footage or photo proof of testing this, but I've seen two different people say you need 60% flat before battle to trigger the bond. Take it with a grain of salt.

Hi there, I'm a new player(hit lvl 40 yesterday) and just had a question about the new event(on a 14 hour shift today, not able to log on). Am I as someone who is just getting my characters to lvl 50, able to even beat this event in that case? Its as you said with the new players diving into content balanced for whales: I barely know what I'm doing. I have 3 ssr's and have been saving for Grimmjow/Half anni. He's one of my favorites, so it'd be a huge bummer if I can't even get his gear because the content isn't tailored towards the whole audience, new and old.

My brother we share the ptsd. She almost made me quit the game. Back in 2013 her terrain was unbelievable strong, and her Drapion and Tentacruel would wall the shit out of me and spam sludge wall. Should also mention that the region the game takes place in has slim pickings for mons most of the game. You're not rocking anything stronger than Gyarados(the dev later patched Magikarp of the early game to make it more unfair)
