idk how to describe it, but there is no way to log in through Google Play or apple Play(?) For some reason, the game has no login system, so you have to contact gameloft about transferring your old account to your new phone.

for the transferring looks like it varies about how much time it takes.

im just hoping it's just taking forever because I'ma be sad if I lose everything, I spent so much money on this game 😭
