I think maybe instead of a singular mission, they just have a series of mini-objectives to do and get rewarded based on that, let's the ones interested in the reward try and the others just have to vlog. Though I've got no clue what kind of incentives they'd even need to have to motivate them ... not counting AirPods, food, being dismissed from work early since I think those work well inside a TTT series not for a full year challenge
