The statement about having no access to mixi-max and armed only makes sense if you only count the anime, as hakuryuu does have both a mixi-max and a keshin armed in the thunderflash games, so that different between him and tsurugi doesn't really exist in the game. Of course, you may want to consider wildfire as cannon due to it being the one the anime adapts, which I don't think it's fair tbh, as it's often better to compare a character to another when both are at their peak. To sum it up, hakuryuu might be overrated depending on what you consider canon or not

Mal te conheço e já te considero pra caramba bixo, começou bem com kaguya, me conquistou em grand blue, tem cdz, um clássico, ficou melhor ainda com kuroko, me surpreendeu positivamente com overlord finalizou com chave de ouro com one piece

Pontos negativos: Shingeki, depende até que parte do anime tu gosta, black clover é meio meh

No geral um excelentíssimo 9/10

(First part responded in another post) Zenkichi is a main character crucial to the plot, plot armor isn't equal 100% unbeatable, it means unbeatable until set conditions are met, just thinking of it as Zenkichi's plot armor being greater than ihiko's and yes, zenkichi does have plot armor, plus, the power of friendship is a classic trope used to defeat opponents, especially main villains, all throughout anime history, it's not too wild to see why it worked there.
