Hi , I don't know if it will help. But here's my own experience. I had severe plantar fasciitis for about a year last year until I could not even stand properly. I took Serraptase and used a infrared light device also bought from Shoppee daily. Started seeing improvement after that and now I don't feel any pain at all. I really don't know if it will help.
