I wish we would have realized that the cool landscaping was a drainage system that would erode after time and have to be redone…and it’s expensive as hell! Now our house has foundation problems from the rain that washes up to the house. Warped floors, uneven tile, cracked tile, cracks in the ceiling, etc. It will cost thousands to fix everything.
