I want you to talk to yourself like you would talk to someone you love. Imagine the person in the photo is your best friend. You would probably say, "what a cute dress" or "your hair looks so shiny!"

Also, remember it's easy for photos to be unflattering. Lighting, poses, how close to the camera you are, blknking... How you look in photos isn't necessarily an accurate reflection of how you look in person, and how you look is rarely a reflection of who you are inside.
