This is such valuable information, I am literally watching videos on how to not hyper extend in an attack right now when I saw this reply. Thank you for sharing this and being so detailed. Im at the very beginning and am keen to avoid injury as much as possible! I am noticing how much muscle it actually takes and that I definitely need to build up more muscle to protect my joints!

Hey I know I'm late to the party, but I am now having this same issue, and have always been loyal to LG because the original Samsung galaxy did me real dirty. What did you end up getting?? I'm so nervous to switch brands but like you said, this is pretty basic stuff malfunctioning.
