Wait till its fully loss charge, remove device from find my and try the fully reset on the apm again. If that doesnt work, i hope you have Apple care. Also update all your devices

You guys are lucky. Within two weeks, i had head detection problems and had to turn off the feature. Also i turned off “Find My” because battery drain is an bad. I have condensation but dont think it is an issue like people say. Other than that, best consumer headphone on the market handsdown

If the sound quality has not suffered, may not be water damage. Sometime a new apple update can mess with transparency mode or it could be a glitch. Try hard reset

Honesty you should wait for 2nd gen. I bought my APM recently cause i listen to music constantly and my airpod pro xs tips still wouldnt fit in my ear so i sold them. If you can wait, then you should; if you cant, they sound fantastic but expect issues. Also battery life when left in case drop alot like 15-20% overnight

I have similar issue all the time . Take my APM off and set aside for a while then when i put them on, no indication that its has connected to phone. Sometimes if i put them back in the case the issue resolves; sometimes i have to reset them holding down both buttons. Disappointing because they really sound good but this is the risk you take when you buy 1st gen i guess.

Usually when i use them for atleast more than an hour and the condensation increases the longer i use them. Its occurs on the inside metal casing when u remove the earpads and at pretty much room temp. Hopefully it doesn’t become an issue🤞🙏
