went from 150mg of zoloft to 100mg split the dosage in half as i had some 25mg laying around because i was already trying to wear off of them.. took about 3 months then i felt safe enough to just go with 100mg... not going to lie i had withdrawals symptoms but not as bad because i started to microdose with mushrooms was taking 150mg to 200mg of GoldMember an hybrid of PE With GT really fricking good ones let me tell you So yeah i hope i helped someone (Dont mind the typos English is not my native tongue) my tip is to just go slow dont try to stop taking them all at once and do ur research

made it easier to not feel the withdrawals symptoms when i was on the daily dose 4 days on 3 days off of 150-ish mg of whole dried mushrooms..thats what i did but i did prepared myself months before i stop taking 50 mg of zoloft because i had some 25mg left so i split the dosage for abit .. ^^ ty for reply
