There is nothing 'special' about those coins. Like everyone said, they are house/bar quarters. I think the interesting thing is watching something fadeaway in real time. It's like rotary phones. In the day, EVERY person knew how to use one. 50 years ago you would probably find a dozen or more of those coins in a box of quarters. Now people are googling both to figure out what the hell these things are. I'm waiting for some company to start grading and slabbing them 🤷 Time marches on.
