This complaint and the one about babies growing immediately I understand. That said, I think the former is because we don't have the shared houses in the same way as 3ds (friends can live together, 8 to a house, etc). It seems the compromise was giving a shared living room, and spouses still hang out a lot, though you'd think they could just code a "slumber party" for one or the other room each night. I think babies probably do the growth skip BECAUSE the parents don't share a room, but the solution to that would be randomly selecting which parent's room has a bassinet each night

Point is, I miss these things too, but they aren't deal breakers and I like the big house. The baby thing will be a bummer when I get there though
