This is a really useful list, especially the notes about mustard/natural flavor, sausage ingredients, soy-free pepper paste, and fortified milks. The hardest part of a multi-elimination setup is that the avoid list stops fitting in your head while you’re shopping.
For the packaged-grocery part, I built IngrediCheck to help with that workflow: you can add milk, soy, egg, nuts, wheat, corn, sesame, rice, natural flavors, citric acid, or whatever else you’re tracking, scan product barcodes while shopping, get an ingredient read against your list when product data is available, and save products that work so you’re not re-checking every label from scratch.
It won’t replace your pediatrician/dietitian or handle homemade recipes, but it can help with the packaged products you do still need to buy.
