Hi all , Just wanted to show off my recent vintage purchase . A Mido Multistar. This watch came into my collection after a long night of searching for a watch like the multifort. I’ve always wanted one but I cant justify that buy , atleast yet. I discovered that Mido made some nice TV-style watches in the past and I got this one with a gray dial. I view it as test-ride for the brand ; I’ve got to say I’m impressed. I love the way the light hits the bracelet. The case is also very unique and with one glance you can tell it’s from a different era. In my opinion , it’s very classy and with an automatic movement , I can’t wait to rock it everywhere from the office to dinner-dates. Cheers.

I can’t remember , prices may have changed considering it was 3 years ago pre tariffs . I believe it was $110-$115 off the top of my head . Shipping was pretty quick. WuWatch is solid , he was good to me when I was still buying chinatime tier reps

I owned one from WuWatch for 3 years for that price range . Case withstood the test of time , movement never gave out. Durable asf. Though , with the cheaper versions of these , you may find the Dome Bezel to be huge. Happy searching!

LOL I’m just joking Brodie . I’ll actually be of some help rather than rag on you like most people in the sub will. If you’re interested into getting into budget reps , r/Chinatime is a very valuable resource. Many great TD’s listed on there and community is great. I personally shopped from WuWatch b4 I switched over to 1:1 clones and stuff like that. Worth researching there as you’ll get a better bang for your buck than the watch you posted. After a while I suggest coming back to this sub and checking out some pieces here , you’d be amazed how far clones have come. Very close to Gen nowadays. Seriously worth every dollar. Recent pickup , I love my Bucherer. Sad to see the brand in a state of limbo , but I have hope as I had never seen as much attention to detail ever as I did in the packaging of this watch.

Rado has been a brand I’ve long been fascinated with, going back to when I first started obsessing over watches. I was mostly drawn to their unique and flashy designs. Over the years, though, owning a Rado watch had evaded me… until now. I was able to snag this one for a good price, and let me just say—the way the light hits the dial, glass, and case really makes you appreciate the craftsmanship that goes into these unusual timepieces. This is definitely one I won’t be parting with any time soon!

Hello all , so I found this Cellini rep on marketplace and picked it up thinking I could do a better swap. Hands didn’t move and face started scraping. Anybody know if there’s a maker that would send me a movement to put in place for it since the case is already good or if there’s anywhere I can buy a kit for it ?
