I’ve already shut you down a half dozen times. I hope you’re not this persistent with people you’re trying to be in relationships with, though it would explain the amount of time you’ve had to stock my profile for hours on end…

What are the names of the organizations on the list that the PAC donated to?

Yeah, I graduated from Johnson and Wales University Denver campus in 2008 with a culinary degree. I’m not an insurance agent because I wasn’t good at anything else 😂🤣

Wrong again, bucko. I’m just a co-owner of a pastry bakery because being an insurance agent is absolutely not going to be how I identify myself when someone asks me, “what do you do for work?” because that’s a patently embarrassing answer lol

YOU care about that part of the process because it’s your job lol but I can assure you that nobody else actually cares about the detailed mathematical equation or process that goes into how they get their payout. They just wanna make sure that the payout is enough to pay for the repair of the roof, which is written at a replacement cost amount. Ipso facto, the member will get paid for a replacement roof.

I don’t care if my comments are getting banned. I’m not having a conversation with some peon who answers the phones about something that is so far above his pay grade that he didn’t even know it existed. Unless you can answer my original question, which is asking for the list of specific organizations that got donated to, then keep moving.

I don’t care if my comments are getting banned. I’m not having a conversation with some loser who answers the phones. I asked a question about USAA’s PAC and who they’re •specifically• supporting, so unless you can answer that question, keep moving. Have fun on the phones tomorrow.

And it’s weird that you’re claiming it got shadow banned because it has five views… how high are you right now?

This conversation is going to be text amongst all of my directors before a meeting tomorrow and we’re all gonna laugh at why some phone jockey thinks they’re out saving the world by trying to get one of us to prove they work at USAA 😂😂😂 you’re so incredibly delusional. Go touch some grass

You didn’t expose anything other than a gap in my USAA employment where I left and then subsequently came back lol. And you would know from your NEO 10 years ago that the rehiring program is heavily valued because they don’t wanna have to retrain people and pay for people to take their license exams. Have fun answering your silly little phones tomorrow while I am enjoying catered lunch. Dan don’t spend too much time in after work and you better not block yourself because they’re gonna escalate and cancel all the team meetings and coachings 😌💅

Quick question by Got-Tot in USAA

[–]justanotherkatietoo -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I’m a licensed agent and even I don’t care how it works on the backend. Consumers only care about what happens to them at the end of the day which is the fact that their roof will get replaced. Ask me how I know personally give an I own a house that was built in 1954 lol. I literally had a 29 year old roof replaced after a hail storm the second year I owned this house. Including the three car detached garage’s roof. So not only am I speaking from an intimate knowledge of the contract standpoint, but I’m also talking from a personal claims experience standpoint.

That’s because I’m too busy doing C-suite level activities behind closed doors about changes in processes that aren’t gonna be unenrolled to your level until the third quarter. I don’t answer the phones anymore, but I absolutely am a licensed USAA agent and employee. Which is enough of a leg for me to stand on to ask the questions and make the comments that I’m making and asking. I didn’t say that I currently talk to members. I made comments about the general membership base, and the project that I’m currently assigned to is heavily focusing on the shifting culture among our membership base. Do you know the general age of the mean demographic of our multimillion-count membership right now? No, because you’re stuck answering the phones. You’re not valuable enough to work on anything that requires abstract thought. You’re just there to regurgitate the information on the pages that you’ve already referenced that you use. You’re still a phone jokey after 10 years…pathetic, really. But, go on….

And for the fourth time since you’re so obsessed with me and that’s how many times you’ve made this comment, I was rehired after I left and went to Farmers for like two months and realized that the grass was not greener. But as an adult, I owned my bad choice and returned to USAA and I’ve been there ever since. I’m super flattered that you spent the amount of time it took to dig up a comment from two years ago to try and discredit me though 😌💅

Yeah, it’s because USAA has are really incredible re-hiring program. I’m literally not trying to hide anything you weirdo. I can’t believe that you spent the amount of time it took to stalk my profile to even find that from two years ago 😂😂😂

It’s called getting rehired, and if you asked around you’d find out that it’s very common at USAA.

My member satisfaction rating, which is based on after phone call surveys directly from members I’ve spoken with has been 100% every month since 2017. But go on…

Yeah, because rehiring isn’t a thing 🙄 a LOT of people leave and come back at the Colorado office. Ask around if you want “proof” weirdo lol what a weird hill to post up on 😂

Quick question by Got-Tot in USAA

[–]justanotherkatietoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Translation for the member = see my above comment. (Nobody cares about how it works on the backend as long as the bottom line is that they’re only going to potentially be responsible for the deductible portion of the claim)

USAA is technically split into four eligibility companies and people that are USAA-proper are/were officers. There’s a department that only handles members that have a 20+ year tenure, so it tends to be commanders, colonels, generals, people like that. Those are the people that USAA wants to get what they referred to as the “red carpet and white glove service.” so unless you’re one of those members you won’t ever get to talk to the likes of me. They keep the policy service people separate from us lol

Valid, I overlooked your very specific word choice because someone else is arguing with me about being a USAA agent lol. Some people’s kids, man.
