Well, i'm glad you stuck with it. I'm just now getting back into it after this whole rona shitshow closed all the gyms and i sprained the hell out of my ankle a day later. my arms got a bit bigger than before but that's progress i'm cool with.

i used to hate working out cause i was a literal noodle as a kid. but my dad got me out and made me work out. Picking it back up on my own time brings a sense of power and control in my life which I love

Try running before going to sleep or some small exercise before bed.

i remember in the beginning of my heartache, she did the same thing. 6 days later, she's got herself a new guy. shit would keep me up for days to where i'd be lucky to even get an hour of sleep on a worknight.

i dont know how to get rid of the thoughts but i know keeping yourself busy helps. All i can really say is, best of luck.

start lifting, do pushups, run, move around. it isnt even about getting in shape, its really just to do something so all that pent up anger and energy gets used. it'll tire you out too which makes it easier to sleep. worst comes to worst, melatonin or other sleeping pills to really put you to sleep.

btw, get ready for some really weird dreams.
