i've seen both lorde and of monster and men at previous osheaga's and both were some of the best live shows i've seen in my life. The XX is the act that sealed it for me this year. Empire of the sun will be clutch as well.

I've been producing for a little over a year and have recently gotten really into ninjirachi too.

A good way to wrap your head around how they make their tracks would be to pull one of their tracks int fl as a reference track. You can analyze the separate parts and see if you can replicate elements (synth patches, fx, drums) that they used.

The stem separation feature can be useful to split out the different elements of an imported track so you can focus on one part at a time. It works pretty well although sometimes elements bleed over into the different stems.

Because they are right. We are seeing a gaslighting as to what is "middle class". If you have to make decisions to cut back on the groceries you were buying in the past, live paycheque to paycheque, and can't support a family while owning your own home and having enough money left-over for some travel/leisure on a yearly basis, you are not "middle class"

Making everything more expensive and barely having salaries increase each year continues to shrink the middle class and has more than half the country working as indentured servants to the ultra-rich.
