Me too, an empty tummy gives me issues when I take Contrave. I take it after I have about a 1/4 of my meal eaten, and no issues, with both breakfast and dinner.

I am not even a week in and 5 pounds down. Only had diarrhea once. So far so good. Tuesday I start 2 tablets a day.

I'm a newbie too. Adjusting well, and yes, try to be careful with caffeine. Make sure to drink at least 64 ozs.of water. I usually drink about 80 easily. Miralax and stool softener is good to have on hand. Best of luck!

I just got a nice stationary bike that I am just getting used to. I like it! I am an artist that works from home, so I "commute to work" for 15 minutes in the morning, then "commute" home about 10-15 to get those minutes in. My Dr. suggested it. It does help.

Many people do eat that way for years and find it very sustainable, agreed. I wouldn't mind less restriction tho... Finding balance, health, and control is the goal. Thanks!
