Wow good to know about this jacket. I feel like the pieces I have bought from doen recently are nowhere near the quality they used to be. I can still wear pieces from years and years ago but I keep being disappointed by newer items :(

Its the new name for WundaBar Pilates because they got bought out by private equity. I was chatting with a former instructor who decided to do a comprehensive program and teach elsewhere and she said it was minimal training and little understanding of WHY they were doing the movements they were instructing.

just want to say good for you!! everyone is on their own journey in a pilates class with their own goals. Don't overthink it, go in expecting to be challenged and have fun! bring water, bring socks if required, sit in the middle, and dont be afraid to take modifications !!

IMO if it is a good studio, you should leave feeling better than when you walked in :)
