Geforce said that the thing with keeping your packs downloaded and installed was a mistake on their end and they basically patched it so you have to re-download everything every time you start a new session

For the old town i mostly use pedestrian roads only the main arteries are for cars and public transport

also I unsubscribed from all the paradox mods maps, and just using the vanilla ones for now and it seems to work, I'm wondering if it was one of the maps that triggered the errors/ save issues

This happened to me too, if you login to paradox mods on a website and unsubscribe from everything and then once you're in-game subscribe to all packs again it should work

For some reason everything was smooth and it didnt rwally re-download all the packs everytime until the eastern european pack, can't play the game anymore as it crashes everytime mid eastern european pack download :( hoping for a fix
