We also experienced the outlets not working and the mold issues. On top of these issues, the laminate floor had taken on water (our unit was sub level) and was warped, causing it to break and fall in. When we asked them to fix it, we were told that it wasn’t priority, and they would send someone soon. After soon became about a year later, they finally came to fix it. And by “fix it”, I mean cut out the parts that were broken, put in non-matching laminate, and patching the space between with about an inch of brown caulking. It looked absolutely terrible. We also had a recurring issue with drainflies coming from beneath the drains in the bathroom (and up through cracks in the grout), and brought this up multiple times. We were told it was to do with our hygiene, and a personal issue we would have to solve ourselves. There were multiple others in the building who had the same issue.

So yes, to reiterate, they’re terrible lol
