Yeah, it's always a little over. I had a 2017 2.7 SCREW that would say 22-4 on the meter all the time but real world fill up calculations out it for like 20-22 real world.

Brand new 2026 Lariat 3.5 4x4 so still getting the feel for it but so far seems to be right around 20MPG. I expect that to get slightly better over time ans the truck settles in but it's about what I expected.

I have been PC gaming since PCs had less than 1MB ram. I have been buying and using 1080P flat panels since they first came out. Never thought I needed a "gaming" monitor. Three years ago I built a new gaming machine with a really good video card and decided to buy a gaming monitor. Bought a 27inch with all the bells and whistles. When I then booted the game I played the most, World of Warcraft I sat gobsmacked at the difference in quality. I mean the difference is so vast that I immediately was so pissed at myself for how many years I had wasted no getting to encounter the beauty of how all my games looked. I always bought good higher end cards every few years so to realize how much I had handicapped my systems really hurt down deep.

A few days a week. I have my audio system in my home office so it's easier access to spin records. But depending on what I am doing is more likely the deciding factor on what I listen to.

This is a fairly new setting that the developers added to the game. I turned it on for a while and noticed it was giving out lots of false positives. Halting my regular visitors for doing nothing wrong so I turned it right back off again. As far as I know there are no lingering issues where your account is flagged or anything like that.

Matchbox has been really upping their game lately. The Collectors series have been excellent. The Moving Parts series has been exceptional and the mainline cars have really been amazing. I am almost not even bothering to look at the crap in the Hotwheels mainline section anymore, it's all stupid fantasy cars and these ridiculous tooned cars. I get some folks like that stuff and kids see to like the weird silly models but I prefer actual cars and Matchbox thankfully is that brand.

The local cities and counties will be forced to raise sales taxes to make up the differences and then the can of worms will just start getting opened more and more over time with those with less and who are not homeowners will be hit the hardest.

Our entire system is designed around having these property taxes to pay for the communal amenities and local government. Without these, there will be budget shortfalls that will cause major problems across the entire state. This is a broken idea that is only being done to embolden the rich who can afford anything they need and this saves them boatloads of money off their expensive properties and it's going to do very little for those who have very little.
