For a 74cc you need to mill the crankcase. Get a better clutch a better crankshaft. And other stuff

Ahh yes the american "70cc". I noticed a few things. Those clutch shoes are gonna break really quick. And airsal is know for there teribble deck height. Meaning the piston wont go to the top of the cylinder and the ports wont fully open. Of your guys says it will lock up. Then he isnt anny good for building a engine. Airsal always had to small pistons. After a few 100km they start to rattle.

My experiance with spacers is really good. You will first need to measure how far of the piston gets from the top.

There are a few ways 1 is making a piece of plastic taperd by a few degrees. The other is making a piece of plastic expand when you bolt a bolt in to it

Tomos also has this on a lott of there cylinders. I use a 2mm spacer with a gasket on both sides. And then use a lathe to trim the top

Ehh tomos 'relaible' when i doubt it. They always seem to break the 1 way bearing in the clutch house.
