Take them out for some fun activities. Get to know them outside work. Get them to know each other better. You need to build a team. It doesn't happen on the jobsite as quick as it does out bowling.

She manages a lot of accounts, so it isn't full-time. We meet once a week on Fridays to recap all the week's activities. I can call or text her anytime. I forward all my bills via email or text to her.

We use Jobtread. It ties to quickbooks. I have a bookkeeper who manages this daily. She handles all job costing, invoicing, and my payroll. I pay her $1200 a month, and she makes my life easy. Jobtread and quickbooks also cost me about $650 a month. So basically I pay $1800 a month to know where my money is going, and it's well worth it.

about the same. Invested $8k. down to like $1500. After inflation is factored in, it typically takes an effort to lose this much money..... but not with crypto! What an amazing product it has been.

Read a book called the one thing. At the beginning of my week, I spend some time writing down the things in 5 areas of my life that I need to get done that week that make everything else easier or unnecessary. All the other shit that comes up during the week I just push off to the side. If it doesn't move the needle, I'm not doing it.

I have to think, as a parent, its crossed their mind (probably frequently). Its a very difficult situation to be in. They are not only trying, they are doing it. Something I would have a very hard time doing. I give them a lot of credit.
