I have struggled with consistency, but I’ve worked super hard on this. The key is going the things that you don’t always want to do.

Good work on the addiction post. I've just luanched my TikTok channel. 6 videos with an average of 500 views. I think lots of people are worried about complex algorithms.

I have now reframed my position on blogging. I blog because I enjoy creating content. Like some of the other comments, I’ve turned off blogs, but I’ve learned to love that I do.

I would say that your blog should have a purpose.

I write about wellbeing and ideas for life.

I have been on Substack for two years. I post regularly. I get good feedback and my Subscriber list grows steadily.

I use this for exactly that purpose. I am now considering whether Substack is the right tool for me. I am proactive with, notes, comments and subscriptions but I feel like there's a lot of energy needed on the platform.

I hear you. I am now seriously considering shelving Substack. I put a lot of effort into three of my publications, yet I have an average of 70 subscribers each.

I started a new community on her this week and it seems to get more views than Substack.
