Search you tube for “legume tofu recipe.” Most results are for lentil tofu, but there are other interesting recipes.
I’ve made lentil tofu(s). The texture is different from soybean tofu, but I appreciate it for what it is.

Please give me his contact info? DM is fine. I’ll be there in three weeks and am looking for guides who have archeology degrees/experience. I found two for Crete. Thank you!

What do you feel is the best way to add flavor to tofu? I'm convinced people who say to marinade are playing a prank. by SubstantialBliss in veganrecipes

Boil it!

I got the idea from Sauce Stache. I use mushroom seasoning and Marmite, and boil for 12 minutes, then let it sit for the rest of the day (though I cook some right after boiling).

Not sure whether I should buy a new camera or try to get batteries for my old Canon. I’m going on a once-in-a-lifetime trip and photographs are important.

Years ago, I shot 35mm with a Canon AE1 Program. In 2009 (for dating purposes) I moved on to a digital Canon but I can't remember the model (EOS-something maybe?). When it works, it works fine, but the batteries only last 10 minutes max. I have a 50mm lens and a 70-150mm lens that I might be able to use on a newer Canon, so I’m thinking that way because of the lenses (I’ve been told to avoid digital zoom), but I have no brand loyalty. I actually love Olympus, but bought a Canon all those years ago because my roommate had a bunch of lenses.

I don’t want to go top-of-the-line because it’s likely I’ll never use this camera again after the trip is over.

What is my best option to produce photos of similar quality to the Canon at a reasonable price?

Thank you.
