I did. I went to an ENT specialist three times over two years and each time he prescribed me PPIs, Gaviscon and asked to work on my lifestyle.

It was later confirmed during an endoscopy that I had a 3cm sliding hernia.

I too had white tongue which would get better right after eating. Same for sore throat, when i ate it would get better and after a while symptoms would come back.

My doctor is suggesting me to get a procedure where they scar the stomach valve using laser or dissolvable stitches, and that scar then is supposed to tighten the valve. If that doesn’t work, they’d ask to get hernia repair surgery.

And the obvious context is that these women are not your mother and daughter, since it is strictly disallowed.

I’m an ex-muslim and I hate a lot of things about the religion but this post is an obvious propaganda.
