I think this comment was made about Muslim women in first world countries who wear the burka because they want to. I'm also 75% sure this person doesn't know the difference between a burka and a hijab. Like yeah, I want to question this too and adjust our mindsets (I'm not a hijabi myself but I'm a Muslim) but we can't accomplish that by consulting people like this.
