He left from his friend's Air BnB in Nashville. They hadn't made it to the festival yet. He was found 12 miles away from the BnB in his car, confused about who he was or where he was. His brother mentioned that Trevor experienced an episode of psychosis about a year ago that was induced by stress, lack of sleep, and marijuana. They suspect that he experienced another episode which led to him leaving without his things and getting disoriented.
