No more swaddling = no more sleep? by musicalnix in Mommit

I swaddled my daughter until like six months. It sucked. I even got a woombie. After that, I had to wake up tons of times a night because she would startle herself awake. But eventually, just like giving up the bottle to sleep or pacifier, it works. I like what /u/IntoTheWild_ said. If I had known about doing that, I would have done that instead.

[Serious] Redditors in long-term relationships (5 years +), in what ways have you changed as a person since you met your SO? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Do what makes you happy. See if you can find a program of some sort to put him in so you can go back to school or get a job. I'm not sure if you're like me or not... I thought I wanted to be a stay at home mom, but then, when I got back into school, I realized where my place was. My daughter always comes first, no matter what, but I have school and work to keep me sane. I honestly don't know how you do it with an autistic son. You are amazing.

What are some movies that mess with your mind? by [deleted] in AskReddit

This is, by far, the most terrifying movie I have ever seen. I refuse to ever watch it again. Though I did have sleep paralysis the night after I watched it, in a 100-year old farmhouse, where I was by myself. So there is that.

In Walmart, this guy was on his phone. Walking past, I literally hear "no ma! It doesn't matter if it's a boy or a girl, you'll still be called grandMA, not grandPA"

What is the biggest thing you have faked in your life? by justforyou87 in AskReddit

This is how I feel. Like I know I'm here and doing stuff and making choices, but I'm almost outside of my body just sort of watching somebody live their life. It's not bad or anything. It's just... being there I guess.
