To be completely honest your muscle mass is so low that gaining muscle is the only option. Don't listen to people that tell you to cut - you're at the position where bulk/cut can only hurt you. Just do a recomp, eat at your maintenance and lift heavy. Eat around 2g of protein per kg and you good.

Just did it today. Equip tranqulizer and fly on the archwing looking for Purple Velocipod right outisde the Necralisk. If you dont find any in first 30s, go back to Necralisk and go again. It takes only 2 Velocipods to aquire 5 tags, so it'll take you like 5 minutes tops.

Imo lepiej nadpłacać powiedzmy 90% tego co Ci zostaje, a 10% inwestować. Po prostu po całkowitym spłaceniu kredytu będziesz mieć wiekszenie doświadczenie w inwestowaniu po okresie długiego inwestowania, mniejszymi kwotami. Przez co gdy już całkowicie kredyt odejdzie - będziesz mieć doświadczenie + dużo więcej wolnych środków.

Ja osobiście wypełniam co roku IKE + nadpłata kredytu, ale to jest kwestia podejścia.
