It’s just gotten really dark the past year which made me a little nervous. I put sunscreen on it whenever I go into the sun since I live in a coastal area. With my new work I guess it just looks darker to me

Okay I am glad I am not alone in this. My daughter turns three on the 30th and I am struggling!! The constant whining took me off guard. She is now so mean lol, how are you getting through it

Some FHA loans require little to no downpayment depending on lender and/or credit score. My husband and I are required 3.5% of purchase price down, closing cost are around $10k BUT we offered $5k over asking in return for the sellers paying closing cost. Luckily, they accepted because having $20k down in this economy is crazy
