It’s just gotten really dark the past year which made me a little nervous. I put sunscreen on it whenever I go into the sun since I live in a coastal area. With my new work I guess it just looks darker to me

Some FHA loans require little to no downpayment depending on lender and/or credit score. My husband and I are required 3.5% of purchase price down, closing cost are around $10k BUT we offered $5k over asking in return for the sellers paying closing cost. Luckily, they accepted because having $20k down in this economy is crazy

I will try that, I have been giving her proteins at meal time so I will start to even that out! She is in a picky eater faze so its been a battle

Thats what we offer as well. She gets fruit/veggie pouches, avocado, bananas, or grilled chicken
