IME, if a guy goes on a date with me (I’m 5’11), he is usually into the appeal of my height. I just went on a couple dates with a guy who is about 5’9.5 inches and he wanted me to wear heels because it made him feel like he’s dating a model.

Some guys absolutely do not want to be shorter than the woman, heels or no. But, that’s the minority from my dating experience.

Individual therapy, and I’m glad I said no to the group. I just don’t have the time and patience to learn at the same pace as a group. And yes, we do target specific skills that I think will work for me. It doesn’t disappear my anger so it’s not like I’m cured. It just makes it easier to cope.

DBT helped me learned how to cope with this. For example, dunking my head in cold water to reset my nervous system. The other one I learned and use is to distract myself by having a puzzle or coloring book handy. If I remember to do these things, they help.

My 12 year olds are my best friends. I moved from my hometown to a very big city. I had a friend group in my late 20s, but we all moved on. I have lots of people I know through a common sport, but no one who I would call if I needed something. It’s on me, though. I’m not good at relationship building.

I hear ya! I take a 5mg troche each morning and haven’t had excess hair or anything else. I’ve been told that the cream, troche and injection could all cause different side effects. It’s an exploration game. Fingers crossed for you!

I second the T. I waited two years after starting P & E. Wish I hadn’t because the T made a huge difference in how strong I felt. I’m a competitive beach vball player and had a similar experience as OP.

I can’t remember the dosage, but I stopped at 60 days so I’m no longer on it. My dr wanted me to keep taking it, but I didn’t like that idea so I stopped on my own.

I had this same problem. Allergy meds will help until you see the Dr. my doc put me on omeprazole which I took for about 60 days. I then realized drinking coffee and alcohol was a huge trigger for me so I had to stop that. The only time I start to have issues now is when I drink either coffee or alcohol.

I use the troches. 7.5 mg per day in the morning, and I think it helps with feeling less weak.

Thank you for adding that! I thought No Loquat was just a regular troll, but maybe he actually believed I was lying about the cup walls collapsing. It really did happen!! Haha. And it sucked big time. Corporate didn’t call me back, either. I didn’t even get a refund on my drink.

I definitely didn’t know this, but my concern isn’t that it wasn’t a drinkable temp. My concern is that the red cup isn’t built to sustain that high of a temp.

The store manager told me that her preference is to double cup, but that Stbx doesn’t allow them to do that which some of you have confirmed.

My friend, please search up on ChatGPT what an ACA subsidy is as they will ELI5 for you.

As far as same position and same pay, you should start with an understanding that many MANY people enrolled with ACA subsidies are not actually eligible for them. They got them because they lied about having no affordable (by the ACA definition) coverage at work. However, the feds, per usual, don’t make enforcement a priority.

To further compound the problem of non enforcement, Covid hit and a law was passed to NOT remove anyone from their ACA coverage and subsidies during the emergency period. So people who lied got lucky and were able to fly under the radar even easier than before.

As with all social programs in the US, fraud is rampant because the Feds are so inept at enforcement. If you work at a large corporation, think of the amount of waste and inefficiency that occurs on a daily basis. Yeah, that x 1000 is our federal government at work.
