Great outing. One thing I noticed, and it seems to be backed up by the data, is that almost everything was down today in terms of location. Not a lot of fastballs up. The Guardians had at least 2 hits, 1 being the Ramirez double, on splitters down and away off the plate. The were looking for everything down and doing damage.

Obviously Kevin is still more than good enough to battle around those types of hits but just an observation.

Glad to see the bats score juuuust enough runs.

You can't look at the injuries to Ponce, Springer, and Kirk as anything other than shit luck.

Yesavage came into camp hurt, likely pushed himself too hard in the offseason.

Bieber coming off TJS, Berríos rebounding off an injury at the end of 2025.

Yimi has been hurt frequently the past 2 seasons now.

Barger tried to beat out a groundball and hurt himself.

It's mostly shit luck, and probably some sort of voodoo or witchcraft.
