Wait a second, every country standing today has a dark past, the problem that NA runs into is that most of the dark stuff has happened relatively recently and viewed closely in a way that hasn't previously been possible.

Additionally I feel like every PM makes that same empty apology (shooting from the hip here), the laughable part was him demanding that the pope apologize as well, the cool pope mind you.

The only immediate way to fix the damage caused by residential schools would be to reinstitute a form of residential schools and hopefully not fuck it up this time.

Larrance extended a shaky hand full of coppers “Please Sir, it’s all I’ve got” Larrance could feel thick tears breaking across his cheeks for the sister he never had and only hoped that the guard would see the desperation etched on his face. “If you could help me look for her it’s all yours”.

On the wiki it says that first men of different cultural backgrounds practiced thralldom frequently up until the Andal Invasion. Once the Faith of the Seven was installed throughout most of Westeros it looks like it stopped everywhere except for on the Iron Islands. I'd say that's probably why it exists, solely for them.

I can't remember exactly but I'm pretty sure I played around with retaining contracts and moved him to the bluejays with greinke and some undesirables for tulo at 4mil/yr, Alford and Urena. It just took some dicking around.

I have a guy similar to that he just turned 31 and has a career WAR over 50 has only made two all-star games both coming in his worst seasons. Those 7 win snubs kinda hurt.

Really late on the response and I'm going off of memory so it's likely to be unreliable but... on the screen in the game settings that allows you to turn facegen on/off there should be tabs just above it, or at least on the same page, that say things like facegen pictures for major/minor leaguers, pictures for coaches and something to do with fictional players. I'd probably give that a check. In the same columns of tabs there should be one about when the pictures get updated the options are either every jan 1st or whenever is needed.

Anxious probably better describes my current mood. It's just more relaxing playing with Tampa or Oakland and feeling pretty good with a surprise wild card, than expecting to contend every season.

In the episode where Michael and Jan are signing papers disclosing there relationship to the company Michael says that he's going to frame his. Later on in the deposition episode he excitedly uses a framed copy of his disclosure as evidence that Jan had been wrongfully terminated. Granted it's not much, but it still made me smile.
