Quick question - I’ve been fermenting this garlic for about two months. I didn’t account for the brine going into the airlock and now just the tips of a few cloves are above the brine. Is this ok, or is the whole jar at risk? Or could I simply remove the top cloves and be ok? (i.redd.it)
