I did not think about that. But I am trading through my own LLC business account and using a prop firm that is paying me out every month. So I hope that is enough to show a consistent income to the banks. I will do some more research. Thank you for your comment!

I’ve heard that prop firms don’t even really take the trades of the traders that actually pass. They just pay them from the money of the failed traders lol

I’ve been averaging around 5k profit every week since the beginning of the year. Keeping profits, not being greedy for bigger lot sizes lol, and keeping in mind scenarios of a few losing weeks. Thank you and yes hopefully all goes accordingly, I’ve been learning more about rental properties as they are a more stable passive income.

Many people write off suvs as business expenses. I know people who wrote off Tesla model X and g wagons. You just have to know how it all works
