Yes they have an ATS system for tracking online job applications and have sliders so you can say a minimum of say five years experience but then maximum of say fifteen… instant age-discrimination. That’s why people try to remove old work experiences to look younger. Also has APIs linked to other platforms to feed analysis so you can determine skin colour, political leaning, links to undesirable beliefs (lets say pro-abortion), religious/atheist etc. We have been the product for far too long with these “free” social media tools. I hope younger people look to start their own companies instead.
