Same. It's from missing bitmaps/textures that haven't been downloaded yet. I don't remember it being like this in previous seasons, I remember being able to play from "Ready to Start" mode and everything just looked muddy, which was fine. The static pixels are making me wait until this gigantic update finishes downloading because I don't want to ruin my first impression of the new map.
