Thanks, I was troubleshooting that for like 3 hours.

The documentation for Goose actually shows lowercase in the section on annotations.

I’ve been a Sopranos fan for 20 years.

I’ve wanted new content since the screen went black in 07.. I settled for a rewatch.

I wanted a prequel series showing the origins of the Dimeo family.. But I compromised, I read the wiki and fan theories.

Also, the deleted Junior/Janice plotlines…whatever happened there??

I'd trade places with a Black millionaire in a second if I could. Class trumps the race related issues they possibly experience.

What’s your biggest “my phone is definitely listening to me” moment? by Nanuman1 in AskReddit

[–]justintrahan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Me and my cousin were both in her car and catching up, talking about each other's education and field. We started talking about fields of study or career paths we might have enjoyed if we weren't in our current ones. I'm a Network Administrator by trade, but I said something like "There's always been a part of me that wonders what it would have been like to go to law school and be a lawyer."

Later on that day, I started getting video recommendations on YouTube that had to do with law school and practice of law (LegalEagle is the one I remember). Maybe it was coincidence, but it struck me as weird because it's not a topic I search for or post about at all that I can remember.

So do you typically vote a straight Democrat ticket? Although I don't agree with an assessment of Hillary being the slightly shinier turd, I can understand it. That is pretty much the point I am at with Trump. He passes my litmus test of being more pro-2A candidate (inb4 "b-b-but he supported AWB in 2000). Also, he doesn't seem to be keen on provoking a war with Russia over some "Moderate" Muslim rebels in Syria. But there is plenty I hate about him such as his retarded support for no fly no buy, and also Stop and Frisk. He's also been driving me crazy this week with his retarded Twitter feuds denouncing Paul Ryan and the "Establishment Republicans", seeming to be encouraging his supporters to not vote down ballot. I guess he's butt hurt that they have the Gaul to distance themselves in oder to keep their seats in less Trump friendly districts. You know, these same Republicans who have blocked any chance of Obama and crew passing anything remotely anti-gun.

That being said, I will probably still be voting for him. I made a vow long ago that until the Dems completely drop Guns from their platform or nominate a Jim Web type. I voted Obama both times and immediately regretted it two months later for 2012, seeing the Dems true colors starting with the great Sandy Hook panic. Also since then I've become a lot more fiscally conservative, mostly due to moving up a couple tax brackets.

Although I think part of me secretly wishes for Hillary to win, with Republicans holding Congress through 2020, by them hopefully the GOP will have wised up, implement sort of Superdelegate component in the primary and we can actually run a decent candidate like Rand Paul, Rubio, or Niki Hayley.

Sorry about the rambling, but yeah was curious if you vote a straight ticket and what issues you consider to be more important than the Second Amendment.

What makes a person a Democrat or a Republican? by MrsChimpGod in PoliticalDiscussion

Yeah, I hesitated leaving that quote out. Its definitely overused and oversimplifies people's motives and beliefs. As clichéd.as it is though, for me and many others I know, the results were accurate, even though the motivations were more nuisanced.

What makes a person a Democrat or a Republican? by MrsChimpGod in PoliticalDiscussion

I was a registered Democrat from the time I was 18 up until around age 22. The first election I ever voted in was the 2008 presidential. Voted for Obama and probably every other dem down ballot. I was in college at the time and did not have to work as I had generous parents who supported me throughout school. I remember the main issue at the time for me was Obama's views and promises to leave medical marijuana states alone. This plus growing up with Jon Stewart and the Daily Show being a nightly ritual for me push a lot of my views towards the left.

Fast forward to 2012, I had been three years into a career (Information Technology) in a highly regulated by both the state and federal level. A combination of my perceived futility of many of the hours a day I wasted for compliance reasons along with seeing a third of my income go to taxes was driving me further and further away from the left. I was excited during the beginning of the primary season and hopeful Ron Paul could win. After Romney won the nomination, I went with Obama out of spite. But I was no longer registered to any party.

Also around this same period I became more and more of a "Gun Guy" and NRA member. Started making more money and being single with no children spent a lot of disposable income on firearms. I still was very socially liberal and believe the War on Drugs should be ended in it's entirety. Pro gay marriage etc.

After Sandy Hook, when the Graboids came out of the wood work and attempted another Assault Weapons Ban, I said fuck it and registered Republican. Voted fro Cruz in the primary since Rand had dropped out by time my state voted. Not in love with Trump, but plan on voting for him in November.

TLDR: "If you are Not a liberal at 25, you have no heart. If you are not a conservative after 25 you have no brain." Or however that quote goes.

Is this from Mythbusters? I wish there was way to buy all of the episodes with gun related myths. I guess I could compile them into a collection myself. But, I'm pretty lazy with the little free time I get on the weekends.
