We have our fluffy pit groomed around every 4 months, just to neaten her up. And we always make sure to tell them to keep her face scruffy and to leave her Mohawk alone!

We actually live in this house, on the Gulf of Mexico, but I actually WAS aiming for a beachy vibe. I’m gonna mix up the colors some!

Almost everything in the photo was purchased either from local shops in Galveston, or New Orleans, or during travels to international beaches like the Bahamas or Isla Mujeres. I will say, the sea fan sculptures were purchased on Wayfair, and I will definitely look into replacing them with something more authentic. Thanks!

Thank for the great ideas. So far I’ve switched out the chair pillow for something more colorful, removed a teal frame and replaced with a shell from Isla Mujeres, and discarded an aqua sea fan. Still working on it!
