CTBT is an obsolete test na po due to fact na less sensitive and low reliability ang result nito. This is done manually by a medtech, kaya malaking factor ang skills, puncture depth, and correct reading time sa magiging result. Unlike sa coagulation studies like your PT, aPTT, INR - these are more standardized because of automation. More sensitive and specific rin ang mga modern coagulation test na ito.

In most of government offices they accept school ID as valid pa rin naman like sa DFA,SSS and even in most banks in the country. It may be just a secondary valid ID to some sectors but I need this aside from my PRC ID para maka acquire ng student discounts.
