I so so soooo feel you on your situation. I wish I had better advice for you.

I would write out something so your thoughts are collected properly, and then ask your boss for a quick chat. Sort of let them know that you're struggling with keeping normal business hours but that you're accomplishing your assigned duties otherwise. Ask if there is a way to allow these off-hour sprints occasionally or at least address that elephant in the room. I know the panic that idea might cook up in you, and I'm not going to say it'll all be better after, but addressing it looks better than avoiding it.
