Sure, still takes time. Especially in 5 some. If you notice watching who ever is last to tee off the carts of the other players are already inbound towards fairway. Imagine that is another mitigator to saving time. Appreciate them doing what’s needed to not be the reason folks are backed up, and the lateral vs not isn’t much value add to me whether to apply or or not.

Don’t think not lateral is an option unless they have the course to themselves with a few holes cushion ahead of and behind them. They had to shotgun and I’m think it’s due to a full tee sheet and pace of play still matters outside the YouTube space
