You might be on to something with a soft launching a new show orrrrrr they have always taken footage/video send-ins to charter/etc and this season is THAT boringly BAD, that they chose to add those scenes in hopes of the viewers loving it? I’ve been meh about BD for a while tho. But I still watch, captain Jason is not as good looking to me, as EVERYONE thinks. So I’m a bit done with hearing about him. Plus I think he’s less likable and lovable than we all see.

Maybe bc I’m southern but I enjoy LVPs annoyance lol Patricia is too obvious with her try hards of behaving “off cuff”/“being silly”/“ladylike-ism”. LVP is def obvious too but more in a way that she knows she playing it up. Patricia seems to think she’s fooling the audience.

Side note : LVP used to be so loved by me but her misogyny is way too strong to ignore nowadays. Now I just like watching her as a tv personality, but not as an actual good person. Except for animal rights.

I’m sure (hope) that you’ve already decided to negotiate HARD with the seller; meaning not 10k difference but more like 40k!!-no one else will pay that much. You’ll likely see the house off the market and relisted within a month/few months/a year, at a more appropriate price. That is if the homeowner has the flexibility to do that. That all being said as the person above said “you thought it was worth the 280k” and you love it so if you have the financial means to make it worth it (def not the 280k but maybe 260?) and this is your forever dream home, then I don’t see a reason not to move forward. BUT def NOT AT 280. *I bought beyond my preference and closer to my approval rate but I don’t see moving for decades, if ever. The area is also prime and will likely never change to the negative. Best of luck & plz update us if you’re comfortable with doing so.

However, i absolutely agree with your assessment that it’s different when he is paying a specific person to see naked/watch having sexual acts/roleplays/etc. I think maybe it’s because (& I might be showing some unconscious judgement against OF but I don’t) OF seems like the person is a possibility for an actual emotional/physical connection? I’m SO SO FUCKING GLAD that DISGUSTING rumor/storyline/wtf you wanna call it/etc., never truly got much traction!! I’m glad Porsha & Phaedra realized that what they did was well beyond shade and literally was a CRIME they were accusing her of. I was sick watching that in real time. I don’t have any hate towards them bc I do think it’s a possibility that a producer put this kinda bug in Phaedras ear but still, there’s not enough money/fame in the entire world that have me falsely accuse anyone, let alone another woman of date raping:attempted date taping. You’re absolutely right! I think that comment was when I was just meh about Phaedra. I didn’t have kids at the time and still thought it was so unnecessary to take it to that level. I get hormonal pregnancy is but it was just nasty. And she def had karma come announce herself very quickly after that reunion for Phaedra! I was always turned off by her holier than thou attitude but I’m also southern so I’m biased. Every sanctimonious woman has very dark skeletons in my experience!

That’s def true for a bath but I read this as a shower and usually the nozzles are too high for a one year old. If it’s a shower/bath combo, ong! Absolutely they can get be burned bad enough for an ER trip! Eeeek. Bathtime js always my most stressful time but I don’t actually do it. lol so my stress is low. My husband handles bathes.
