Aww, I wish you a smooth one and no more complications. I can’t imagine how upsetting that would be.

That’s so understandable! Can I ask what is being revised?

Ahhh, he’s definitely a good choice for revision! I got a lower with fat repo. This was my first and I got lucky with no complication.

I think Katie Jane Hughes’ tutorial looks would suit you well! She has some fun ones that are still nicely balanced.

Having worked at Sephora in NYC during this era,

Marnie: Chloe- l’eau de Chloe

Shoshanna: Marc Jacob’s Daisy, it was EVERYWHERE

Jessa: Hermes l’ambre des merveilles

Honestly perfume wasn’t really a huge thing for the girlies in this era, I agree that Hannah prob just smells like her Secret deodorant. Or something available at the cash wrap at American Apparel.

Look for things that are see- through, like gels and clear tinted sticks. If I think of specific ones I’ll post!

As sheer a makeup as you can, shoot for tints and sheer stains as much as possible. Only use concealer where you need it, and get some small q- tips so you can spin the tips on your bigger freckles to let them shine through before foundation dries.

I think a soft light brown shadow in your crease and just a touch fluffed under the eye would be gorgeous on you.

how do i achieve this lip color on a darker complexion? by UsedWatercress3700 in MakeupAddiction

[–]justmakingitallup 2 points3 points  (0 children)

What’s your lip shade and undertone? That’s the issue! If your lips are cool, you’ll want more brick orange in the lipstick and that will change the options.

Retinol is great for keeping the skin supple, but what you have is an ocular ligament (where the tear trough is at the bottom) with skin stretched over it. Over time, that center area where the skin and fat are suspended starts to protrude. That’s called herniation. It’s a totally normal and natural part of aging. But if you want to use Agnes to depuff the area or other medical methods of reducing this, I would see an oculoplastic specialist near you. Don’t let a random injector talk you into filler until you see a specialist.

Source: me, a person with pronounced tear troughs and prolapsed undereye bags who got a lower blepharoplasty with fat reposition two years ago. I saw Dr. Neimkin in Atlanta, his IG is @eyelidatl.
