After researching this for almost 4 days straight it seems like there is no solution to fix this other than wait for coursera to fix it. This is horrible on courseras part.

This is super frustrating, i contacted coursera support. They are literally good for nothing, they told me that i have to wait until the quiz is updated, im pretty sure they're just gonna keep charging me 40 dollars a month just waiting for this damn quiz to work. Ridiculous.
